✔️ Duplicate Payments – If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction.
✔️ Service Unavailability – If the game or service was unavailable due to system errors.
Refunds will not be issued for:
❌ Change of mind after purchase.
❌ Used or partially used digital content.
❌ Violations of DreamPlayZone’s Terms of Service.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Support – Email us at support@dreamplayzone.com within 7 days of the transaction.
2️⃣ Provide Details – Include your account details, transaction ID, and reason for the refund request.
3️⃣ Review Process – Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days.
4️⃣ Approval & Processing – If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
3. Refund Processing Time
🔹 Credit/Debit Card Payments: 7-14 business days (depending on the bank).
🔹 UPI & Wallet Payments: 5-7 business days.
🔹 Net Banking: Up to 10 business days.
If you do not receive your refund within the mentioned timeframe, please contact your bank or payment provider.
4. In-Game Currency & Virtual Goods
All purchases of in-game currency (coins, gems, tokens) and virtual goods are non-refundable once used. Refunds will only be granted if the content was not delivered due to technical issues.
5. Subscription Cancellations
If you have subscribed to any premium features, you can cancel before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges. Refunds for partially used subscription periods are not available.
6. Changes to This Policy
DreamPlayZone reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services means acceptance of the revised terms.
